PCF has a full-service team of professionals that specialize in the various marketing services we provide.  Depending on the marketing services you require PCF will assign an Account person to your account to handle all day-to-day marketing needed to ensure deadlines and goals are being met. PCF Team has all worked together for many years that we coordinate internally to provide our clients the best services possible. 

PCF sets up the appropriate communication channel with a client based on what the client prefers.  Primarily we communicate with our clients by email, and we have many clients that want a weekly or monthly Zoom or Google Meet Conference Call.  We have some clients that prefer a simple phone call or text and other clients that like a specific App to communicate.

PCF has an initial conference call with a new client to determine the goals, budget, and marketing issues the client is experiencing that PCF needs to resolve.  PCF will need to know who your competition is, what marketing has worked and what has not worked for your company, what are you currently spending marketing wise and what is bringing in the most ROI, etc.  Based on this call, PCF will then review the business marketing and budget, competition of the business and create a Strategic Marketing Plan with a realistic marketing budget that will deliver great results.  PCF’s marketing is also trackable so you will be able to see the results fairly quickly once we implement your marketing plan and budget.  PCF also provides a monthly Analytics Report that shows your growth trajectory each month that we are happy to review with you on a call.

PCF always gets the permission of the client approval first with any marketing budgets, plan, creative, etc. that we are going to place on behalf of the client so that no mistakes occur.  PCF tracks all of the Interactive Marketing (Website, Social Media, Digital Ads, Email Marketing, SEO, AEO, Promotions/Events) with a monthly Analytics Report that shows Conversions, Web Visits, Traffic Sources from Website, Digital Ads Performance, Keywords Report for SEO, Clicks from Email Marketing, Digital Ads and Social Media.

PCF does not hold hostage any ad creative, website, social media, digital ads, ad campaigns, etc. that we create for any of our clients should we part ways which is all turned over directly to you.  If you owe PCF money for marketing services we have provided and you have not paid your bill we will expect you to pay your invoice in full before we turn over marketing materials.

PCF has most of our clients setup on a monthly marketing plan that we invoice a week before the end of the month for the upcoming month of marketing.  The client has 30 days to pay their invoice which can be paid by ACH, Zelle, Paypal, Charge Card, or Check.  A 1.5% interest rate is charged to a client for any balance not paid within 30 days.  Invoices sent are due and payable in full on receipt.  PCF does not believe in billing surprises so the monthly marketing invoices you receive from us match up to your client approved marketing budget so that you can budget accordingly.
