How does my Company do a better job of Connecting with our Customers?

1. Always operate responsively and in a timely manner so your Customers know they can count on you to be there when they need you.

2. Make sure the first person a Client or New Customer speaks to is fully educated about your Company and can immediately direct the potential New Customer to the correct person in your Company. This person should always be extremely pleasant, personable & eager to help a Customer so that the Customer feels important and cared for.

3. Do not tolerate anyone within your Company that is rude to your Customers and does not get back to a Customer in a prompt manner to resolve the issue or whose work is not up to par with what the Customer is paying you.

4. Make sure your Company has an Annual Marketing Plan that helps to promote your Company each month that is consistent to your Brand.

5. Always have someone monitoring Social Media. Bad posts & reviews of your Company can be devastating to business. Make sure the owner or Manager of the Company responds promptly, courteously and without emotion to the customer posting a complaint.
